Changed image still present on watch

I had an image in my watch face. I changed it to another, but whenever I send the new watch face to the watch I shortly see the old image. The resource is not there when I export it.
Also some changes in the script (e. g. changes in order of arrays) don't apply immediately after sending an update to the watch.
Is there some kind of cache that needs clearing?
