Weather not showing on Watch

I recently had an issue with my LG G4 and had it sent in. I used my Nexus 4 as a backup for the time being. When paired to my G4, the weather wasn't showing at all on the watch, but showed in the app. I assumed that when I received my G4 back, it'd work fine, but that isn't the case.

Has anyone else had this issue, or any ideas on how to fix it?
