Chronograph rotating sub dial minutes not counting

When I click on start on my chronograph and look at my minute sub dial after a minute, the sub dial will not move to the first minute line, it moves to half a minute. It's taking two sweeps of my seconds hand (120 seconds) for the Minute sub dial to move to the first minute maker. I can't figure out how to fix this.
