weather underground exceeded its allotted usage

I see on https://www.reddit.com/r/WatchMaker/comments/4jgyym/weather_underground_exceeded_its_allotted_usage/ that this has been an issue in the past. It continues to be on. I'm on the latest release and had to drop using WU because of this.
