"Watch: select application" does not populate correctly and isn't scrollable

When adding a tap-action to a location, if you select to have it activate a watch app, that list shows only the first 4 alphabetical entries...and nothing more. You can't scroll down to the other apps making this feature almost completely useless. This has been a problem with Watchmaker for over a year now and is not yet resolved/fixed.

This has been an 'off and on' problem. It was fixed and now on my phone, it doesn't show all the watch applications to select as a 'tap action'.
