Works only with the free app

My huawei watch (and Oneplus One) do only work with the free app. I bought the premium app but that doesn't come up to the watch faces on my smartwatch. The free one's faces come up but i can't get the cool ones from premium. If i have them both installed the app says i have to delete the free one. What do i do?
