Tap action opens wrong app screen on watch

I'm using an app called AutoWear which places multiple app shortcuts in the watch's launcher. One to open settings and many more to assign small tasks to.

Even though I selected one of these secondary shortcuts in the tap action, watchmaker still opens the settings shortcut. Right now I work around this problem by running a tasker action on my phone which opens te correct app on my watch. There's quite a bit of lag because of this, and this only works when my phone is connected.
