Watch Selector not working on 2nd Gen Moto 360

The 'Watch Selector' function doesnt work on my 2nd gen Moto 360. No matter which one I choose, 3 o'clock, 9 o'clock, or 12 o'clock position. I have to long press the center, then go into the setting on the WatchMaker face, then choose a face.
