On_millisecond slow down/no delta value

Hey,

I am currently developing a watch face for my gear s3 with a few little "animations" in it (calculated positional changes). I have however encountered two weird problems regarding the on_millisecond function.
- The value for dt is always zero when used on my watch
- After waking my watch from "always-on dim mode" for the first time the function slows down significantly. Everything runs choppy/in slowmo. If I deactivate the always on functionality and wake my watch the function interval stays correct.
