proper timezones with DST

Currently timezones in Watchmaker do not take into account DST.as Such times in EG. The Los Angeles TZ are off by one hour currently. WM should support proper TZ setting's based on Unix zone info DB. The watch won't need to store all known zone info definitions, the selected zones could be uploaded add needed. This would also allow for personal zone info definition's and labelling time zones for different cities?
