Shader should not influence the Skew effect

Place any shape and apply skew ( skewX and/or SkewY; bigger value makes it more obvious).
Copy the shape and make it a different color.
Now apply Shader on one of the two objects.
You will see that it rotates.

I did some more investigation :
I think the skew is applied twice.
If I, on the object with shader, set half the value then the objects aline again!
