No matter what faces it transfer from the WatchMaker App on my Samsung Phone to my Gear S3, They all appear to be blurry with a low resolution. HELP!!!

Same here. Got my premium account for Watchmaker in April. After some update all my watches got blurry. Low resolution.
No fix?
Same applies to Samsung Galaxy Watch. WatchMaker faces sent to watch appear in very low resolution and transition effects between screens don't work at all. All this worked like a charm on my Huawei Watch (1st Gen), but not on Samsung watches. (Tizen apparently?)
