Weather format/scale stuck on Celsius on Gear S3 Frontier

Checked with multiple faces and they're all showing Celsius instead of Fahrenheit regardless of the setting in Watchmaker settings. The temperature is correct, it's just displaying in Celsius instead of Fahrenheit.

Setting in watchmaker app IS set to Fahrenheit but display is still showing Celsius

Same problem shows celcius when it set on Fahrenheit. I didn't have any problems till now. I have a Gear 3.
