Twice, on 2 separate Note 5's, your program mysteriously erases my custom watchfaces! This is totally unacceptable! Is there anyway to recover them?

I'm having the same problem. The watches still appear on my smartwatch, so I can still use them but I can't edit them anymore as they've disappeared from my phone. What gives?
I have a similar problem. I changed watches (same watch just a replacement) and all of my custom faces are gone from my phone. They are still on the original watch.
