Formulas on Opacity will not be recognized

I have entered a formula in the opacity field to show a number circle.
The formula is: {dh23z}>=13 and 100 or 0
This is working on the phone but as I transfer to the watch the result is 100 regardless of the formula.
Something is not working on the watchside.
