All curved text displayed on load regardless of opacity setting

I have a number of face that use curved text on specific 'modes' and hidden menus. These are controlled by variable that set entities as -1 or 100. Loading these watch faces to my LG Urbane, all curved text entities are displayed regardless of setting. This looks messy. Using tap zones to change modes or open/close menus will change the variable setting and the display is fixed accordingly. I have a new phone and reset my watch. Using v4.6.1 (2546102) Premium on both phone and watch
