text effects are broken on the samsung gear S3 for the last few versions.
text effects, like outlines, show up properly in the previews and editor, but are completely missing on the actual watch.
this means my text keeps disappearing "behind" the watch hands, while it's supposed to stand out thanks to thin black outlines.
