Watchmaker companion cannot be found in Galaxy app

Watchmaker companion is not available in Galaxy app store for installation to my Samsung gear S3.

In the Gear S Companion on the IPhone there is no watchmaker app anymore!!!

Location Spain, language spanish.

Also for this set up, with Tizen 3.0, now the calendar weeks day starts in sunday and should be in monday.
