I choose to insert animated gif and choose my desired gif but once in the edit screen the gif no longer plays and it dosent play when sent to watch either

This does not work on my iWatch. No animation and I paid for watch faces. Not a happy customer. Was very excited to use these very cool unique faces but no luck at ALL. PLEASE RESPOND TO FIX
