Animated seconds not moving on dim mode

Hi there I'm using the new DIESEL ON full guard smart watch I have bought the premium and been trying many watch faces which has the seconds moving on the dim mode as well as bright mode however when I apply it to my watch it works fine in bright mode but once it goes to dim the seconds just move 2 seconds then stops I'm wondering what I'm doing wrong as everybody else seem to be able to have moving seconds in dim mode. I have always on enabled btw.
