Need Help after phone factory reset

I had to reset my Motorola 360 watch, and after doing that everything else works fine. The exception is that NONE of the watchfaces I have bought are available (I still have the amex receipts from buying them), and when I try to log in, my password is refused, AND when I try to reset it I'm told that there is no record of that email address. I've only used 2 different email addresses for the last 10 years and each of them gets the same response - no record of that user... and that's even though I AM recognized as someone who bought watchmaker premium. (I'm talking about at least 10 purchased faces, and perhaps a good number more that I can't remember right now.)
I cannot find any type of 'help' or 'customer service' button the app - maybe I've missed it.
Can someone give me a hint about how to get my faces back (oddly I have the vmetal black face and it installed OK, but I used to use my favorite with the color-changing option and I don't have it. Sign.
