Companion app disappeared from watch after setting up my new phone. The store is requiring me to buy the app again.

hi i just paid your application and it was verry beautifull till i knew that i have to pay another time for a companion and i dont have a paypal account and i dont want to do one so please can you help me in this or return my money or give me the companion and i will pay you by bank transfer or give this as a gift so please give a solution thank you for responding
