'on_milisecond' not working.

Across multiple devices, 'on_milisecond' (both with and without '(dt)') do nothing. All variables I put inside the loop begin with 'var_ms_' yet still, nothing happens.

I find nothing about this anywhere, as if I'm the only one it doesn't work for, yet being across multiple devices, I'm sure that isn't the case.
