In dim mode timer and heart rate don't move\update

When in dim mode the visual effects i added, representing the timer and the cardiac frequency meter, don't work\move. As soon as i awake the screen again the position\number becomes the right one. It is as like as the dim mode doesn't communicate with anything else than the clock.
