IOS Watchmaker

It would be nice to transfer the watch faces on IOS Watchmaker thru Bluetooth instead of WiFi like it is on Android. I tried to transfer a Watch-face to tic-watch S and it uses WiFi. By the time I try to transfer, the WiFi is disconnected and get an Error and asking to turn WiFi on. Thanks.
