Tag {dz} is not updating when switching timezones

When I move from CDT to EDT, the time correctly changes but the {dz} tag does not update correctly. The watchmaker app shows the correct data and it will appear correctly if I push the watch face a second time to refresh, but it doesn't automatically refresh.
