GPS elements from Device menu report phone location only (Wear24).

Device menu elements that report location (lat, long, altitude) only work if watch is connected to phone and phone location is on. The Wear24 has its own GPS, Device elements should report location derived from that. As it stands, the current elements should be under Phone menu (akin the the separate device/phone battery reporting).
