WatchMaker Restore License not working

So I've purchased the companion app for the Samsung Gear, the premium account linked to my email, and now it's not letting me restore my premium account at all when I sign in. I've used both my Michael Kors Access with Google Play and my S3 8 months ago with premium and now it won't let me... any ideas? help? thank you all

Same here. I started on Android and moved over to apple. The account should travel to any device just like the watch faces that you made. How did all of my purchased watch faces transfer over? Time to start changing reviews.

same problem, I’ve switched to Iphone and now my premiumaccount doesn’t seem to work on Apple. So I need to pay again ?

I can not even load the watches I designed myself.
