why does my watchface still not give accurate data

I have updated the app on my phone and watch. factory restored the watch. and every time I check the updates on my samsung wearable app. this same update is in there. it should not be if everything took right. it shows 5.1 on my watch but yet the heart rate and step counter is not showing accurate info. also the compass options do not work just keeps saying zero degrees and the pointer stays put. funny thing is the lat and long options work for the device. just not sensor codes. please help me get this working. and don't blow me off
