I went to change watchfaces this morning and discovered that my premium membership which is supposed to be lifetime is not showing up. I looked into the payment to make sure I had the correct email address and discovered that my lifetime membership is actually a monthly payment. The add clearly state that it's a one time payment for a ifetine membership and yet it's charging me every month without notification. This needs to be addressed. How do I get my money back for the auto charges and how do I get my premium back?
I purchased premium and a set of 10 faces, I then upgraded to a new phone. There is no where to restore my purchase from the app. I have the actual debit from my checking account for proof.i went from an S21 to an S22.

I bought lifetime premium for my son in June 22. It worked on his phone but when he upgraded to a pixel 4 he lost his premium access. How can we get this premium back?

I switched to new phone and purchased premium from Samsung's galaxy store, when I log into my WatchMaker account, everything just failed to access. It always shows "Download failed...please try again later" no matter if I click premium watch face or anything else. How to fix this? Or how do I get my refund.

An update occurred and now my premium purchase is missing. I have emails the times with no response. My watch faces are missing and I cannot send a watch face that I made to my watch. This is ridiculous
Purchased the full membership earlier this year. I recently switched phones and now all the watchfaces require purchase. I just had it working on my new phone a few weeks ago
