Weather and battery phone not syncing with watch

I dont know if it's á watchmaker issue, but recently my OnePlus 3 T and Zenwatch 3 are not syncing like they used to do. Mail and all that notifications are working just fine, changing a watchface is also working properly, but the weather and the phone's batterylevel are not syncing anymore.

They both stay the same after I switch from watchface.

I have setup my Zenwatch 3 back to factorysettings and updated the watch after that.

I like to hear if there is a solution for this annoying problem.
