Purchases not showing up but I got charged for it.

I can't find where to submit this problem so there's only this.

Same thing has happened to me. I am reporting all non-free watches to be deleted from the Google Store until someone gets back to me. They make it very hard to contact them but very easy to report watches for deletion to Google so that's all I can do I guess.
