Cloud sync galaxy

Hi I’m new in this area, so apologize if already resolved: i am trying to get cloud sync to work on my new Galaxy watch, so I can transfer watchfaces from watchmaker running from my iphone (X). The app never appears on the watch, and I’ being discinnected several times during installing. Is this a known issue? How do I get around it? Regards, Hilmar
