Watch face not displaying correctly, can't find way to contact creator

I bought a10 face bundle and 1 face, probably the one that sold me on the pack to begin with isn't transferring completely or something when all other 9 are fine. I clicked the green icon to send to watch and it starts but half way through it stops and from then on the face won't load at all, it starts to and then switched to the primary Watch Maker face.

The face in question is watch i94_5 by MarauderElite. I love his faces but how do you get in contact with a creator or get any good support for something like this. I paid for this pack so there should be some kind of support that will actually respond and help figure things out.

It's a gear see frontier and I hope it wasn't the wrong thing but I used the option to report a watch face and in the email I sent screenshots and thoroughly explained the issue but no one is responding
