extra time zone not functioning properly

I am using a Fossil Q Explorist Gen 4 watch and downloaded a nice watch face.

My country of residence is The Netherlands, so default time zone is CET.
When configuring the extra time zone 1 to Florida, it displays the correct extra time zone on the watch face in the app.
After transferring the face to the watch, though, the Fossil Q does not show it correctly.

Since I use latest version of Wear OS and Watchmaker app (on IOS), I do presume this is a bug...
Would be nice if you can help me with this
