samsung watch connection problem

every day watchmaker looses connection to watch but everything else is connected.
i have tasker on watchface but it stops working and when i open watchmaker and select my watchface and send to watch i end up in galaxy store on watchmaker companion for gear and i have to click on use and then go back to watchmaker and send to watch again to get it connected again.
what can be the problem?
