{dhutc24z} and {dmz} not showing leading zero.

I've made an alternative timezone with

"EST " .. ({dhutc24z} - 5) .. ":" .. {dmz}

which should be >> 08:03

but instead returns 8:3

Why is the leading zero not showing?

Also, is there any better way to show EST time on my watch face?
