Bluetooth connectivity issues after updating phone to Android 10

After Android 10 update on my OnePlus 6T, my Samsung Gear S3 kept loosing the bluetooth connection with my phone. I cleared the phones cache, removed and reinstalled any Samsung related apps, wiped my watch and did a complete new connection with my phone. Still the same constant issue with dropped bluetooth connection.
Then, as a last attempt to resolve this, I uninstalled the Watchmaker app from my watch and haven't had any dropped bluetooth connection since! Can you guys please have a look at what might cause this? Before the updated android version arrived to my phone I did not experienced any bluetooth connection issues.

Hab das gleiche Problem, nur mit einem OnePlus 8 Pro und einer Galaxy Watch. Bitte um Hilfe.

I've found a solution. Disable battery optimisation for all Galaxy Wear and Samsung apps! Go to System > Apps and show all your apps. Under each Galaxy app you'll find "Advanced". Under Advanced you'll find "Battery optimisation". Tick "Don't optimise", then ok. Do this for every Samsung and Galaxy app. When done, reboot.
