The watch faces don't fill the screen of the oppo watch

I have an oppo watch(with wearOs) that is not in the list of compatible devices and the app works but don't fill the screen of my watch (it leaves 2 black bands up and down ) I see only a square watchface instead of an apple watch style shade

I have also the same problem with my oppo watch 46mm which has a rectangular screen with a resolution of 402x476.
As my model is not in the list of watches, I chose by default a watch with a square screen, I chose the Xiaomi MI watch but the faces don't fill the entire screen. It creates illusion only when the background is black.
Can the team add the two models of oppo watch to the list of watches?
