Purchase premium money back or get my premium to work

I purcahse 2 premium package but only one works. When I try to apply any face to my watch it says I have to pay for premium again. I clean Data and Cache, restart my phone and my watch, logg out of watch maker and back in but not working. I try to troubleshoot to see if I can fix the issue but nothing is working. I call play store and the told me to contact the vendor but is difficult to get in touch with them.
