Membership

I have already purchased the lifetime membership from the Google play store app, but I had to download the galaxy app since my way h is a Galaxy watch and now it wants $8 from me again. This is dumb, I already paid you. Even after logging into my account it still says I have to pay for premium that I've already paid for.
