https://galaxy.store/wmtizen does not exis

I bought premium a few months ago and never got my watches saved on my profile. Then after an update I lost all of them and the software is asking me to download the companion at https://galaxy.store/wmtizen. But this page is blo ked and does not exist. I have to push several times the button to transfer the watch on my watch before it is done and now I can only save 1 face on my watch instead of several before. I uninstall yhe doftware and reinstalled it and now it is always asking me to 0ay again for the premium I have already paid. There is no memory on my account of what I paid and the watches I designed or downloaded. What to do?
