BUG: Glow on shapes renders inconsistently

Glow on shape layers often won't show up after creation until you make a change to the how parameter.

I also have this bug with an Asus ZenWatch.

Shape glow was removed in 3.7.3 owing to instability on LG Watch R devices

For me glowing effect dose not work most of the time. It dose not show in the editor nor on the watch. It showed maybe on couple ocasions but when edited... lost again and i could never get it back.
