i bought the app twice one through premium !!

I bought the app twice through the free snd premium version i refunded the one throught the premium and now imvdtuck with the free version ehich i alresdy paid for plz help

i download the free one then after seeing the feed back i upgrade it to the premium one and pay the charges. the purchase is already confirmed but my feature didn't change at all from the free one. when i download the premium one from the google play i ended up paying it twice. what should i do?
