Text effect colors not updating until text changes

Using LG Watch R with Watchmaker 3.4.0. The check for LUA code for text effects like outline/drop shadow only occur when the text actually changes.

For example, I set the text color to black with a white outline in the day, and reverse that at night. The text color updates normally, but its outline will only update when the text actually changes.

So, after sunset, the AM/PM will be white with white outline until 12:00 AM, then it will be the expected white text/black outline.
