dynamic color elements are not updating on the watch

I noticed in the last week or so that my elements that are set to change their color based on battery level are not updating on the watch. They work correctly in the app, but the only way to get the color to update on the watch is by pushing the fact to it again.

I am experiencing the exact same thing with calender events as well. Tint change works correctly in the app, and on the watch if I push the face to it again. It won't update dynamically on the watch though. Would love to see this fixed. I haven't tried the 3.6 beta though. I might give that a go and see if it has been fixed.

Same goes in 3.9.5 version, time based scripts (like one that makes a dimmed version appear only at a given time interval) works perfectly on the Phone but not in either of my watches. Dissapointing.

One rule i made works fine : changing color when the watch is put to charge
the other is not working : when the phone is put to charge
Looks like when an action is don on the watch it works better
