reduce significant figures in wind speed

When I use OpenWeatherMap to get weather information, the wind speed is displayed with a ridiculous precision, e.g., 9.394 mph. There's no need for any numbers after the decimal point. E.g., 9 mph is good enough given that the wind speed varies all the time.
