Background bug on the phone

My phone is an Asus ZenFone 5 with a 5.0 android and I'm having a problem with the background image. The background image not appear at all, but on my mother's phone it works perfectly fine, I already tried to uninstall an install the app again and the problem still continues. Anyone have the same problem??
