The glow shape effect didnt work

I use the current version of Watchmaker Premium. When i want to use the glow effect there is nothing doesnt matter what the properties of the effect are. The opacoity is 100, color black....
Has anyone a similar problem or a solution?

WM 4.6.6 has this bug too. Text-effect works but shape-effect does not.
