On both build 3.9.4 and previous, enabling the Watch Selector feature eliminates the ability for user to swipe from menus from same location. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Also wiped watch twice (due to unrelated issues). Tested at 12' 3' 6' and 9'... bug persists. I'm on a Moto 360 2nd gen.
